SATA is carrying out an emergency drill today at 3:00 p.m. at its head offices in Ponta Delgada, which will include the total evacuation of its buildings.

SATA reached an agreement with the trade union at a meeting held yesterday.

In financial year 2012, the companies making up the SATA Group had a positive performance, contributing to a positive net consolidated result of 73 thousand euros for the Group.

SATA informs that due to the General Strike on November 14th, it has been forced to reschedule its operations on this day, taking into account the definition of ‘minimum services’.

SATA performed yet another training flight on the Airbus A320, thus giving continuity to the development of the project of pilot certification within the activities that are being developed by the Aeronautical Training Centre of the Azores that the Azorean airline is installing on the island of Santa Maria.
