Cabin Crew Initial Training

In compliance with the European Union regulations, the CFAA ensures all training aspects provided under the EU OPS 1, enabling not only for SATA to comply with existing training requirements, but also, the many other airlines that wish to lease the facilities.

The Initial Training for Cabin Crew course is delivered in compliance with the EU OPS 1.1005 regulation, in terms of safety and security, allowing the certification of crewmembers having the knowledge and skills necessary to assist passengers, as well as technical crew that ensure the safety and comfort aboard the aircraft, in accordance with established norms and procedures.
