Awareness course on Aircraft Familiarization and Emergency Systems – Able-bodied passenger (ABP)*

The Aeronautical Training Center of the Azores (CFAA), operated by SATA, is promoting an awareness course on Aircraft Familiarization and Emergency Systems (2nd Edition), in Santa Maria, Azores, for those passengers wanting to know more about the emergency equipment on board airplanes and have the desire to experiment safety emergency procedures that are associated with potential ground and in-flight emergency situations and conditions.  

The target audience for the course is:
Frequent Flyer Passengers,
• Members of the Armed Forces,
• Law enforcement officers and agents,
• Firefighters,
• Health Professional,
• Other interested Able-bodied Passengers ABPs*


* The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) defines ABP as a passenger fit to assist in the management of a potential emergency situation.

Registration Limit: 15 trainees
